This was my first time arriving late for a herbal tea, and I was welcomed warmly by Mark during the late night shift! The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making my experience truly wonderful. Honestly had such a great experience at Costa today. The barista was super friendly and really made my day before I even started studying. He was chatting with me, asking about my day, and even double-checked how I like my drink he asked if 3 shots were okay and if the extra caramel worked for me. I felt like he made it exactly the way I prefer it.
He was really polite and respectful, but at the same time fun, cheerful, and easy to talk to. Amazing service. Definitely coming back!
